Amenities of the Blue Building include 24 hour doorman service, a glass enclosed swimming pool, indoor parking with wall mounted storage units, a washing machine & dryer on almost every floor, and a common deck that overlooks the Harlem River.

Beginning in July, the Enhancement Committee will be organizing gatherings on our deck on Sunday evenings at 6:30. Join us for some friendly conversation as we enjoy our magnificent view of the sunset. Bring a glass of wine and/or cheese if you like and get to know your neighbors.
